Step 1: Design, Product Selection and Pricing
We stock an expansive selection of countertop materials and colors at our showroom in Mt. Airy, MD. Whether you already know what you want or need help making a decision, our expert team can help you pick out the perfect material for your countertops.

Step 2: Template For Countertop
We will come out to your home to create the digital template for your countertop. Using state of the art equipment like the Faro digital arm, we will capture the precise dimensions of the surface.

Step 3: Computer Aided Design
The digital data taken from your home is sent electronically to our Mt. Airy manufacturing facility where our CAD designers will translate the data into computer language for the computer aided manufacturing process.

Step 4: Slab Smith
Using the innovative Slab Smith technology, you can visualize what your countertops will look like before any cuts are made to the slab. We can show you where the seams in your countertops will be and how they will affect the color pattern.

Step 5: Manufacture
The first rough cuts are made using a special saw. Round cuts and corners are made with a high powered water jet infused with abrasive garnet. Edges are first finished by machine and then inspected by hand for any final details.

Step 6: Installation
Typically, installation is complete in just one day. We coordinate with your plumber or other contractors to make sure that your countertop is ready to use as quickly as possible.
